		<description>Hey Dave,

I agree about the support and service level from the Apple store at Bluewater.  I bought a MacBook and the case had what I can only describe as a 'bulge' above the F10 key. Apple swapped it for a new one with no fuss - they even let me check the display on the new box for dead pixels to make sure I was happy before I left the store!
